We are excited to share that the UK Easy Read Standards are now available to the public.

You can get your copy of the UK Easy Read Standards in the downloads at the side of the screen.

Inclusion North is part of the working group that developed the UK Easy Read Standards.

Here is what the group did:

• 50 organisations and individuals worked together, from all over the UK.
• We tested and developed these Standards for 2 years.
• Everyone in the group is an Easy Read user or works very closely with Easy Read users.
• Our Standards bring together the best Easy Read practice from many different areas and types of work.
• Our Standards are designed to support all Easy Read writers and users.
• We want Easy Read to be a good communication experience for everyone.
• This project has created a strong Easy Read network across the UK, and new members are always welcome.
