Our training is delivered by:
- Approved trainers who are people with lived experience
- Approved facilitators who are family carers
Support for health and social care organisations.
We can offer:
- A dedicated staff member to help social care providers.
- Help with reclaiming costs through the Learning and Development Support Scheme (LDSS)
- Support to understand how to keep training records up to date.

Our training is co-produced by the national team and co-delivered by our hub of experts, ensuring that it reflects lived experience and promotes person-centred care.
A Unique, Lived-Experience Approach
Our programme is distinctive in that it is delivered by:
- Accredited OMMT trainers and facilitators
- Trainers who are people with a learning disability and autistic people
- Facilitators who are family carers
This co-delivery model ensures training is authentic, impactful, and grounded in real life experiences.
Support and Funding Guidance
We provide dedicated support to CQC-regulated social care providers, including:
- Guidance on accessing funding via the Learning and Development Support Scheme (LDSS)
- Accurate information[AB1] to help reclaim costs.
- Assistance with maintaining compliant training records.
Training Pathways
Tier 1: Awareness Training
Designed for staff requiring a foundational understanding, this tier covers:
