My Experience

I have worked with people in different ways throughout my career, including supporting autistic people and people with a learning disability across different ages and settings.

I have led a company that supported disabled people to find work opportunities and succeed in the workplace.

I am experienced in research and understanding information to help organisations make good decisions and plan for the future.

I enjoy working with people, building relationships, and finding ways to make things better.
