Lisa Tallant – Project Administrator

Lisa Tallant is a Project Administrator and a valued member of the Organisational Support and Development Team at Inclusion North. Lisa provides project administration support across the organisation, helping to ensure work is well coordinated, information is accurate, and systems are kept up to date. Lisa supports project workers, the Expert Hub, and financial processes, contributing to the smooth day‑to‑day running of Inclusion North and supporting teams to meet deadlines.

Lisa brings many years of experience from both the public and voluntary sectors, giving her a strong understanding of how organisations operate and the importance of consistent, reliable administrative support. She has worked extensively within the voluntary sector and previously spent a number of years working in the NHS, developing a broad understanding of different systems, processes, and ways of working.

Part of Lisa’s role also includes supporting the administration and coordination of Inclusion North’s Hub of Experts, which includes organising and booking experts to attend Care (Education) and Treatment Reviews (C(E)TRs). Her organised and clear approach helps support C(E)TR processes to run smoothly and effectively.

Lisa is highly organised and dependable, and is confident in managing a varied workload. She is good at identifying potential issues early and takes a practical approach to resolving them, helping to keep work on track and supporting the wider team. Her role requires strong attention to detail, time management, and proofreading skills, all of which she applies with care and focus.

Colleagues describe Lisa as approachable, supportive, and caring. She works closely with others and contributes to a positive and supportive working environment. Her calm and thoughtful approach means she can be relied upon to manage tasks carefully and consistently, even when work is busy.

Family is very important to Lisa, and as a parent to three children she brings strong organisational skills, patience, and balance to both her work and home life. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys crafts and journalling, running and walking in beautiful surroundings, as well as baking and driving.

Lisa’s dedication, reliability, and supportive nature make her an important part of the team at Inclusion North.
