Flexible job opportunities at Inclusion North

Are you looking for a new job opportunity?

Do you want more control and flexibility over when you work and what you do?

Do you want to use your skills in a new environment and to make a difference to people?

At Inclusion North there are currently a range of flexible opportunities for people to utilise their knowledge, skills and experience to support the delivery of projects across the North East.

Inclusion North exists to make inclusion a reality for all people with a learning disability, autistic people and their families. Inclusion means everyone living good lives as valued members of society. We work to change society so that everybody can have a good life. We raise awareness of the barriers to inclusion for people with a learning disability, autistic people and their families and work to remove them.

Most of our time is spent working with Local Authorities, Integrated Care Boards, care providers and other local organisations. We design and deliver bespoke pieces of work based on their individual needs, as well as coordinating some region-wide initiatives. Our role is to support them to improve their practice in working with people with a learning disability, autistic people, and their families. The work is exciting, dynamic and diverse, but also challenging and demanding.

All our work is centred around co-production – working collaboratively with people with a learning disability, autistic people and family carers as equal partners to deliver our project work.

We have a range of opportunities for people to join our team including one-year contracts and opportunities for people to join our bank of associates who work freelance for us.
