We will only keep your information as long as it is relevant for us to do so and you have given us permission.

If you ask us to remove the information, it will be destroyed from our computers and paper copies as soon as possible. Computer records will be deleted, and paper copies shredded.

If you don’t attend any of our events or receive our newsletters for 5 years, we will automatically delete your information.
