Speaking up for yourself and others in the Humber to develop a big plan

Inclusion North are working with the Humber Transforming Care Partnership to help them to develop their vision and big plan for people with a learning disability and autistic people.

We are looking for local people with a learning disability, autistic people including young people and family carers to join a group.

The group will be involved in developing the vision and plan to help improve services for people with learning and autistic people living across the Humber.
