Inclusion North is looking for Expert Advisers across Yorkshire and Humber

We operate an Expert’s Hub which employs a range of Experts, including people with a learning disability and/or autism and family carers.

We are looking for experts to join our team.


Expert Advisers attend Care (Education) & Treatment Reviews (C(E)TR) as part of an independent panel.

A C(E)TR checks whether the person is receiving good care and treatment.

The C(E)TR might take place in a hospital or in the community

Currently due to COVID 19 all C(E)TR’s are being held virtually through Microsoft Teams.

You will need access to a computer and email address.

Who we are looking for?

 

We would like to encourage autistic people to apply for the role of an expert, especially if you have

Personal experience of using health, mental health and/or social care services

Understanding of peoples rights, equality and diversity

Understanding of person centered support and how it helps with peoples care

Understanding of good care and support in the community

 

What we offer

 

We offer £20.00 per hour (which includes an element of holiday pay)

We provide an induction, training and on-going support to all Experts who participate in Care (Education) and Treatment Reviews

This is a casual contract –  which means you just get paid for the work you do
