Care and Treatment Reviews and our Expert Adviser Hub
This page tells you about our work with Expert Advisers who work on Care and Treatment Reviews (CTRs).
Inclusion North will use the information provided for recording CTR bookings.
This information forms part of our financial recording and will be kept for Audit and Compliance for 6 years to comply with the HMRC legal requirement.
Inclusion North organises a hub of Expert Advisers.
Expert Advisers are people with lived experience who attend Care and Treatment Reviews (CTRs) as independent experts.
Our Expert Advisers work across Yorkshire and Humber and the North East.
Our Expert Advisers are people with a learning disability, family members of people with a learning disability or professionals with lots of experience of working with people with a learning disability.
At reviews Expert Advisers check and make sure that people with a learning disability and/ or autism who may also have a mental health condition or who may have behaviour that challenges other people are safe, are getting good care and treatment and have a plan for how they can be supported to live good lives in the community.
If you are organising a CTR and would like an expert please fill in the form on this page.
You can find out more about Care and Treatment Reviews (CTRs) and what Expert Advisers do by going to the NHS England website.
